No, seriously. Cuthbertson Rovers are way tall. There's actually a photo of derelict Cuthbertsons parked somewhere in the UK, to which I have to really ask "why?"

Wouldn't it be "Cuthbertson above all, old bean"?

Tracked vehicle conversions carry with them pretensions of being a Panzer. Thus Deutsch .

Edit: size of wheels would be a Crusader, really:

Of course, there's an anecdote in a book I've read about accidentally attacking a Crusader in a friendly fire incident due to not remembering the suspension look, but remembering the wheel count, and Panzer IIIs also have six bogies...

True on the Crusader, although the tracks are more similar to the Churchill's.

That's the first Forest Rover I've seen with the headlights moved out. I wonder why they did that?

I suspect the framework for the front fenders got in the way of the original placement. I tried to think of how I would build it and I thought that piece might obstruct the light.

Most of the Forest Rovers use a standard radiator support. It may be that that model was changed later in service, or that they found a need to make a stronger support plate and made their own radiator support box. I don't know, but it's certainly not standard for them.

The answer is usually a bored man in a shed.

Well said. "A bored man in a shed" explains 80% of what my project cars' customizations consist of so far.
